Jewelers Alert Collection Corporation (JACC) is a licensed debt collector exclusively serving the Jewelry and Diamond Industry. JACC is the natural outgrowth of Jewelers Alert.Com.  Knowledge of the complexities underlying the transactions in the trade and the underlying principles of law which apply to such transactions set apart JACC from others in the collections industry. Cookie cutter approaches simply do not fit the jewelry trade; which is why so many in jewelry & diamonds have previously chosen to not pursue traditional collection agencies as the natural outlet for debt resolution and recovery. JACC combines trade and transactional knowledge with over twenty five years of professional debt collection experience covering multiple transactional and debt types to both commercial as well as consumer debtors. First and foremost is JACC’s attitude and perseverance which combined with staged and escalating contact and enforcement techniques motivates even the most recalcitrant debtor to a final resolution.

All your client / customers (read that debtors!) will be contacted multiple times by personalized first class US Mail letters and telephone calls for a sixty day period. Debtor companies are motivated to resolve their debt immediately. If in the event no resolution is received, your account is transferred to an experienced & licensed debt collection attorney to begin the next and final stage of collection activity to obtain your money. Legal enforcement of your underlying rights in the transaction offers multiple avenues which when used in proper sequence ands timings communicate to debtors that action is required to resolve open memos and account receivables today least their already damaged reputations are further injured with long lasting ramifications.

In conjunction with standard JACC services, consultation is available to provide multiple areas of protection to future transactions, as well as proper and up to date language on invoice, memo and statements which may protect your rights and make available to you in the future remedies heretofore closed to you. 2) How to start a claim (all documents contracts etc.)

Print out the PDF document and sign on page three, remember to provide complete information on your company and include your business card with the agreement. Provide substation of the debt, copies (do NOT send originals) of memo, invoice and or statement. Include ALL known address, telephone, cell, fax and email addresses of debtor and debtor companies. Include if any address is known as a bad address or bad telephone number (if address is know as bad address include so a starting point may be obtained for skip trace services) If known provide personal home addresses and telephone numbers of both debtors or debtor relatives and or associates. Send the entire information package with signed and dated agreement to:

3) Fees

All placed debts are contingency based, at a fifteen percent collection rate upon successful collection. All debts which are unresolved after work for sixty days from placement date are forwarded to a professional attorney with experience in the debt collection industry at a fifteen percent collection rate upon successful collection. If in the event you elect to pursue the debtor in civil court utilizing the attorney a separate retainer agreement must be executed which will delineate all rights and responsibilities there under.
